I want to book a class online. How do I get started?

To book an exercise class online you need a Lifestyle card and if you're a pay as you go user, a valid credit or debit card.

You need the number on your Lifestyle card when you first register for this service.

What's a Lifestyle card?

The Lifestyle card is literally your passport to fitness. Everyone who uses Inspiring healthy lifestyles leisure centres needs a Lifestyle card for accessing the facilities.

To get your hands on a Lifestyle card simply pop into your nearest Inspiring healthy lifestyles leisure centre with official proof of identification (such as passport/driving licence/birth certificate/student card/bus pass). Complete a short form and we'll sign you up and present you with your Lifestyle card.

It won't let me register.

Please check you have entered all the numbers on the back of your Lifestyle card.

I registered to use this site but now I'm unable to use it because I’ve forgotten my username or password.

Please click 'Log On' on the top right of the screen. Above Account Information there is a 'Forgotten password?' & 'Forgotten username?'.

Can my children book classes online?

As well as our classes for adults we offer selected exercise classes for over 14s at some of our leisure centres. These 14+ classes will be clearly marked as such when you hover over their names in the search results area.

If you wish to book junior classes online, you will need to use your own credit or debit card.

Can I pay for exercise classes online?

Yes, use the search box to find the class you wish to attend, and then follow the simple prompts to make the booking. Please be aware you must pay for the class while booking online - not when you get to the leisure centre.

With some of our memberships you can enjoy unlimited exercise classes as part of your package.

How do I cancel a booking?

We can't refund online bookings.

However, you can transfer a booking to another date and time at the same leisure centre by contacting the centre where the original booking was made, providing you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in the full activity fee being forfeit.

If you have enrolled on a free class (£0.00) you can cancel this by going to your 'ACCOUNT HISTORY'. Find your booking and click 'Cancel'

I haven't received a confirmation email for my exercise class booking.

Your email client may have put the email in your spam bin by mistake. That, or you may have changed email address since registering to use this service.

If you've checked your junk folder and the email is not there, you can view your booking under 'ACCOUNT HISTORY'

Can I book online 24 hours a day?

Yes.

My membership includes exercise classes - but I'm being charged to make a booking.

Please check your membership status by contacting your preferred Leisure Centre.

How many days ahead can I book?

Exercise classes

Direct debit members or those paying annually for memberships can book exercise classes online up to 7 (seven) days in advance.

Lifestyle card holders (but not leisure centre members) can book exercise classes online up to 3 (three) days in advance.

Activities (such as badminton and squash)

All customers can book these activities up to 7 (seven) days in advance.

Why can't I find my favourite class online?

From time to time we change dates and times of classes, or if it's a very quiet class, it might have been moved away altogether.

The online bookings system works in real time - so if the class you're looking for isn't here, then you won't be able to book on it at the centre. But there are lots of other classes to choose from - so why not try something different and give yourself a fresh challenge?

I forgot to book my class and it's later today. Can I still get a place?

Sounds like you're in luck. You can book classes up to thirty minutes before the start time.

Can I hire a room at your leisure centre?

Many of our leisure centres have rooms you can hire. However, this service is for booking exercise classes only.

I want to book a birthday party at my local leisure centre.

Many of our leisure centres host birthday parties. Some even have giant floating inflatable challenges and we can rope off sections of the swimming pool for your party.

Contact your local Inspiring healthy lifestyles leisure centre to find out about birthday parties.

Can I book more than one class at a time?

Yes. Once you have a class in your basket, you can use the search box again to find the next class.

What are the ‘Basket’ and the ‘Checkout’?

Every class you book is stored in the Basket until you are ready to go to the Checkout, where you can complete your booking.

How can I view my future bookings and bookings I’ve made in the past?

Once you have logged in, click the ‘Account History’ button on the right hand side. Any bookings you are in the process of making will not show in this list until you have completed the booking process.

How do I log out of online bookings?

Clicking the 'Log Off' button at any time during your booking will cancel the booking process.

How can I get further help on how to use online bookings?
